Every day procedures

Our number one rule is to complete our job on time and on budget in a safe and organized fashion. As home owners we understand how frustrating it can be to have a construction project drag on for longer than it should. For this reason, we do not open a new job until the current one has been completed. 

Roofing can be a messy job, however we take pride in ensuring that our job sites are clean and safe. Regardless of the scale of the job, we maintain a safe and organized work environment.  To ensure a clean work space, we re-locate patio furniture; cover plants and walkways and protect doors and outdoor ornaments. Upon completion of the project, we use magnets and rakes to remove nails and debris from driveways and lawns. 

Warranty 

We provide a 10 year installation warranty on all of our services. This includes the cost of repair or replacement of installed products due to defective installation and/or damage caused by winds of up to 100km/h.

We carry WSIB and liability insurance.
